Kirk Corley is a frequent visitor to various DFW stages and indie film screens. Some of his favorite roles include Joey in Sister Act, Sir Dinadan in Camelot, and Archibald Craven in The Secret Garden. He recently began playing Santa Claus for local businesses and charity events. For 18 seasons, he could be found bearded and robed on the stages of The Promise both in Glen Rose, TX and Brandson, MO. He has achieved Actor Combatant with the Society of American Fight Directors, and has worked as a stuntman, fight choreographer, and fight captain. He is the resident fight captain for The MerFriends for which he also appears as Captain Hook. He is a graduate of Hardin-Simmons University with a B.A. in Theatre Arts and a minor in vocal performance. Kirk is a tenor with an impressive vocal range. During the day, he is a master carpenter for a local scenic shop. Kirk's biggest fans are his wife Laura and daughter Rose Lea.
